Responsibilities

2+ years job experience producing and analyzing data with a keen understanding of data numerators and denominators when developing reports in order to test and validate data that is produced required.

1+ year of experience of comprehensive working knowledge of excel, creation and use of pivot tables, and merging and comparing data from multiple sources required.

1+ years job experience in a medical related field or with a healthcare payor company required.

  • Knowledge of SAP Business Objects or other BI relevant solutions.

  • Ability to understand and write SQL statements

Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the following areas are required.

  • Ability to articulate data measures and outcomes that requires measurement, and the ability to articulate where data comes from in systems utilized by the Clinical Integration Team when working with the developers from the Fallon Health I.T. Team

  • Ability to understand the connections and importance of the data being measured and the reasons why, and the ability to test and validate data with accuracy and attention to detail, being able to recognize when data being produced does not make sense and/or represent the actual outcome as requested

  • Ability to communicate data needs (including but not limited to numerators/denominators/data sources/data elements) clearly with developers from the Fallon Health I.T. Team and the Fallon Health TruCare Development Team in order to be able to produce required data to manage the Clinical Integration Team’s performance as outlined in CMS and State requirements, Model of Care requirements, and other requirements as outlined by Clinical Integration Leadership in order to manage the staff and the program

  • Ability to manipulate data from multiple files, merge data, compare data, analyze data and produce easy to understand reports and meaningful accurate data according to specifications and requested needs

  • Exceptional customer service and collaboration skills

  • Critical thinking skills for independent problem solving

  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work output
