UltraBenefits, Inc, a third party administrator specializing in the management and claims administration of self-funded employee benefit plans. Ultrabenefits is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join UltraBenefits.
The Customer Service Representative is accountable for successfully addressing provider inquiries received through UltraBenefits 800 numbers, including claim status, member eligibility and benefits.
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.
Respond to telephone inquiries from providers within established timeframes utilizing current reference materials and available resources.
Research and identify any processing inaccuracies in claim payments and route to the appropriate team member for claim adjustment.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to master internal computer applications.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to function well in a team environment.
