About Summit ElderCare :

Fallon Health operates the largest Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in New England and the fifth largest in the country. Called Summit ElderCare, Fallon’s PACE helps provide older adults and their caregivers with a welcome alternative to nursing home care. Participants in Summit ElderCare have access to comprehensive medical services and social support at a Summit ElderCare site while they keep the independence of living in their own homes and communities.

Responsible for assisting the Special Projects/Facilities Coordinator and the Director of Facilities in supporting daily office logistics and the facilities of Fallon Health including Summit ElderCare.


  • Assists in overseeing the coordination of building space allocations and layout options for facility expansion and redesign as well as department/employee relocations.

  • Oversees the day to day maintenance of the company’s office space, acting as liaison to the building management.

  • Ensures that necessary building safety requirements are met, including but not limited to: OSHA, state fire codes, and city ordinances and regulations.

  • Co-manages all parking lots and assists in the assignment of employee parking.

  • Distributes employee security badges, keys, and parking passes.

  • Process billing and invoices for the Facilities budgets.

  • Collaborates with departments and coordinates the acquisition of office equipment, furniture and services.

  • Acts as a secondary contact for building management as well as vendors servicing the facilities.

  • Special projects as assigned.


BA or BS or equivalent experience

Valid Drivers License and clean driving record

5 years business experience

Location US-MA-Worcester
