Responsibilities

UltraBenefits, Inc, a third party administrator specializing in the management and claims administration of self-funded employee benefit plans. Ultrabenefits is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join the UltraBenefits’ sales team. UltraBenefits markets its services throughout the Northeast.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced sales individual with a successful track record who will be responsible for our growing clientele throughout the Northeast The candidate who takes on this role will have solid experience in working with Health Insurance Agents. As well as the ability to sell and communicate directly to professionals in a variety of companies/industries.

The responsibilities of this position are to help grow the customer base of the Company. The duties include the generation of new self-funded corporate benefit customers and annual customer renewals.

  • Build relationships with health insurance agents to generate a recurring flow of leads.

  • Solicit for new business via broker relationships, telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

  • Qualify leads through prospect/current client calling along with managing and following up on all leads.

  • Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.

  • Ability to travel throughout the Northeast

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-5+ Years experience in the sales and service of employee benefit plans.

  • Experience with and knowledge of self-funding a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel throughout the Northeast

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong self-management and self-motivational skills

Compensation includes fixed salary - incentives based on new and renewal sales. Salary level commensurate with experience.
