While we have some programs in place in the areas of Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Recognition, Leadership Development, and our Council for Cultural Competence, there is still a fantastic opportunity for somebody to assess current programs, initiate changes and create new initiatives. Responsible for designing, developing and executing Talent Management programs that Engage, Develop and Retain employees. Acts as employee “culture keeper” and partners closely with the Fallon’s Leadership Team to create strategies that promote employee engagement, development and retention in support of Fallon’s growth strategies


Employee Engagement (40%)

  • Leads annual employee engagement survey design, implementation, communication and follow up.

  • Responsible for the annual performance review process.

  • Oversees the on-boarding process including orientations to all new hires

  • Oversee employee recognition programs.

  • Leads Cultural Competency Council.

Talent Management/Organizational Development/Leadership Development (40%)

  • Partner with the VP talent management and CHRO to facilitate the talent review process and succession planning, support the HR business partners with talent review, succession planning, change management initiatives. Conduct talent assessments for management population to identify high potential‘s and provide developmental opportunities for career growth. Identify, nurture and grow talent pipelines to support all levels of Fallon’s workforce needs.

  • Work collaboratively with HR business partners and the business to develop integrated training and development strategy that develops Fallon’s leaders and team members in support of the current business strategy and long-term vision of the organization.

  • Design develop and execute leadership development programs and ensure that leaders receive the development they need to drive the business and be successful in their current and future roles.

  • Systematically evaluate leadership development programs for continuous program improvement and achievement of performance outcomes, including reporting results to senior leadership

  • Assess and refine new development programs to ensure effectiveness and integration with leadership development curriculum

  • Redesign and deploy innovative and impactful programs that are aligned with Fallon’s short and long-term strategic goals.

HR Business Partner (20%)

Design, develop, and implement innovative value add solutions that align with strategy

Partners with business leaders to anticipate and solve organizational people and change related initiatives.


  • Graduate level degree required in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Healthcare background preferred but not a requirement

  • Professional training experience and knowledge of adult learning best practices required

  • Ten years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or talent management.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results when working across organizational boundaries

  • Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and systemically

  • A professional Coaching certification with experience in that field is also desirable but not required
