Senior Human Resources Business Partner responsible for collaborating with HR functional partners to execute HR Strategies to enable objectives and support the business. Acts as a strategic and hands on consultant providing coaching and counsel at the leadership level to develop and implement business specific change. Emphasizes knowledge of the business and Employment Laws and works directly with Business Leaders to address their HR issues and ensure their resolution through center of expertise partners in Human Resources.


  • Develops and deploys people strategies to business leaders.

  • Plays a key role in supporting or co-leading successful enterprise initiatives to drive overall effectiveness and change.

  • Provides consultative advice on HR related matters to employees, managers and senior leadership.

  • Partners with other HR functional areas as needed to resolve internal customer issues.

  • Acts as a change agent in supporting integration efforts and driving cultural change.

  • Conducts internal investigations included but not limited to sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, etc.

  • Mentors Employee Relations Specialist.

  • Provides counsel to employees and managers in order to address employment-related matters.

  • Stays current on state and federal laws and regulations related to employment law.

  • Serves as a consultant to employees and managers on a wide variety of issues such as training needs, poor performance, policy interpretations, career development, conflict management and other issues impacting productivity and morale.

  • Conducts thorough and confidential investigations in response to formal complaints.

  • Maintains ownership through regular updates and assessments of HR policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Ensures business groups are trained on Fallon’s employment related policies as required by law.

  • Analyzes turnover data to identify potential trends; addresses concern with leadership and makes recommendations for improving the work environment.

  • Partners with the HR team to ensure HR Compliance in all areas.

  • Diagnoses, designs and facilitates appropriate team development/intervention sessions to address areas of concern and/or continues development. Provides ongoing support and counsel to leaders to identify strengths and areas of development.

  • Partners with Leaders to review/analyze engagement survey results. Identifies areas of strengths and opportunities year over year. Supports leaders in identifying areas of focus and building strategic plans to address concerns.

  • Provides input for leadership development and training programs and delivers training sessions to teams on key employee related topics

  • Supports the development and implementation of talent management initiatives and programs including performance management, employee and leadership development, talent assessments and succession planning.

  • Partners with Compensation ensure compensation programs are designed and executed to drive appropriate behavior aligned with strategic business plans and implement recommendations.

  • Partners with Benefits to ensure compliance with all aspects of Leaves of Absence and accommodations.

  • Partners with Leaders on all organization restructures/redesigns. Ensures new structure supports achievement of business strategy.

  • Challenges the status quo on roles and offer alternate solutions to current design.


  • 7+ years Human Resources Experience, with strong experience in employee relations and talent management including supporting initiatives to drive change, conducting employee investigations, leading employee engagement, development, retention, and organizational design initiatives.

  • Healthcare experience desirable but not required.

  • A coaching background is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline is highly desired.

  • Master’s Degree is a plus.

  • Relevant professional certification in PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are also desirable
